HIIT

Challenge yourself with HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, a program designed to improve your strength endurance, cardiovascular capacity, and mental game. A combination of high intensity exercises, functional movements, and cardiovascular exercises, HIIT will keep your body guessing and have you feeling your
fittest self yet!

Functional Mobility

Get ready for your body to move freely with Functional Mobility. Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion which is why Functional Mobility goes hand in hand with heavy lifts, particularly Olympic lifts. This program can be completed as a standalone program, or to complement your current training program.

Meet your coach

Meet Cass Olholm, a Qualified Nutritionist, Head Coach and Founder of TWC. Formerly unable to do a push-up on her knees, Cass is proof that anyone with the right mindset and a willingness to put in the hard work can achieve their fitness goals.

 

Growing up playing sports and competing in track and field events throughout high school, Cass was always active. But it wasn’t until she met her now husband Jake, and he introduced her to strength training that she discovered how ‘feeling strong’ had the capacity to change all areas of her life. This realisation soon became the catalyst for Cass to get qualified as a trainer so she could help others realise their true potential.

All TWC core programs are programmed in 8 week blocks. We will continue to add training blocks to each program to ensure you always have progressive programming available.

Yes! TWC programs are suitable for all active individuals. If you are putting your body in an environment (training) where it is being challenged, it has to progress (improve strength, increase fitness, grow, etc) in order to adapt to that environment. 

TWC programs are designed to be completed in the gym as this is how our Head Coach Cass Olholm trains herself. We will be adding programs that require minimal equipment in coming months so our members can work out anywhere they want! Stay tuned. 

At this stage, it is recommended that those committing to a TWC program have some prior training experience, as the current programs are designed for those with an intermediate or advanced level of strength and fitness. As much as we want everyone to choose TWC for their training journey, we also want to ensure that you have the best experience, especially if this is your introduction to training. Cass is already in the early stages of developing a program suitable for beginners, so keep an eye on our social platforms for updates. 

As a qualified Pre & Post Natal Trainer, Cass is passionate about empowering pregnant individuals, so that they are able to train safely throughout their pregnancy if they choose to remain active. Whilst the current programs available on TWC have not been designed with pregnancy in mind, they can still be completed with the appropriate modifications and regressions (limiting high impact movements and movements that increase intra-abdominal pressure in order to maintain the integrity of the pelvic floor and limit the degree of abdominal separation) in mind. Given Cass’ passion for this area of training, expect Pregnancy and Post-Pregnancy programs in the future.
